Access to the apartment is through the communal house entrance. The open plan flat has a total floor space of 35 m² and has a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, with tea and coffee (nespresso) included. The kitchen/dining table can seat up to 4 persons.
The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower, wash basin and WC, the flat has under floor heating throughout , which is agreeably noticeable when you come out of the shower.
Optically separated from the living area with its columns and canopy the Queen sized double bed comfortably sleeps two, all 4 windows have pleated blackout blinds for those who prefer a sleep-in.
From the large comfortable sofa you have full view of the 42" flat screen TV, Wi-Fi is of course included and free.
Directly from the apartment you have access to an exclusive terrace, which includes garden furniture as well as a hammock.
Included with the terrace is a fully equipped BBQ.
